Courtney Reed

Director of Marketing & Communications

Courtney started her career at Hulu as a member of the Customer Experience team before transitioning to the education nonprofit sector as Communications Manager for KIPP SoCal Public Schools and later Manager of Content Strategy at Alliance College-Ready Public Schools.

Most recently, Courtney served as Associate Director of Content at Swell Creative Group, a social impact communications and marketing agency. While there, she led campaigns for Lyft, UTLA, United Way of Greater Los Angeles, Lift to Rise, Everyone In, and the California Department of Cannabis Control. 

Courtney holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and theater from New York University and an MBA with specialization in marketing and social impact from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
