Maddie Kauahi

Manager, Development and Strategic Initiatives

Maddie started her professional career as a secondary mathematics teacher, founding swim and water polo team coach, and a Teach For America corps member in Hawaii.

She then joined Teach For America staff as the Associate of Development where she supported the fundraising and operations for the Los Angeles team before joining EdVoice. 

Maddie holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Pitzer College and a master’s degree in education from Johns Hopkins University.
